2023 GMC Sierra AT4X AEV Powertrain

The all-new GMC Sierra AT4X AEV is equipped with a 6.2L V8 that generates 420 hp and 460 lb.-ft of torque, with a towing capacity of 8700 points and maximum payload of 1290 pounds. In addition to this powerful V8 the AEV edition has specially designed off-road chassis and a two speed transfer case with terrain specific driving modes to get the most out of this off-road beast, including a one-pedal rock crawling mode. With front and rear e-locking differentials, this smart off-roader provides the necessary torque and traction when it detects wheel slippage, sending increased power to the front or rear wheel axle if it loses traction.

The hot-stamped Boron steel skid plates offer 3.5 times the protection to your front approach, steering gear, transfer case, fuel tank, and rear differential than an equivalent cold-stamped steel plate. Meaning that they set a new industry standard when it comes to protecting the underbody of your new Sierra AT4X AEV.
