Hennessy Return & Exchange Policy
Car buying can be a very stressful experience, as there are thousands of places to buy and millions of cars to choose from. But what happens if you realize you made the wrong choice after purchasing? Let’s face it, after you sign the paperwork, dealerships don’t have any legal obligation to accept returns. In fact, many of them choose not to simply because they can be complicated and it can cost the dealership more money.
At Hennessy Buick GMC, we want you to be 110% satisfied with your vehicle. We also understand that sometimes you can’t fully learn to love a vehicle with a simple test drive. That’s why we allow you to return your pre-owned vehicle within 3-Days (or 150 miles, whichever comes first) of purchase or delivery for a full refund (minus the delivery charge if applicable)*. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, just bring it back without any hassles or negotiations.
In addition to our Return Policy, we also offer a 5-Day/300 Mile Exchange Policy. If you decide the vehicle you purchased from us isn’t the right one for you, Hennessy gives you the option to swap it out for any of our 300+ Pre-Owned vehicles that might suit you better, as long as it’s within 5 days or 300 miles (whichever comes first) of when you purchased the vehicle or had it delivered*. This is just another reason you can shop confidently with the Hennessy difference.
Disclaimer: Return or Exchange Policy is only valid on Pre-Owned Vehicles purchased at Hennessy Buick GMC that are 3 model years old or newer, with less than 50,000 miles. Return Policy: Must file the claim to return vehicle within 3 days of taking possession of the vehicle or 150-miles of odometer reading at time of delivery in order to qualify (whichever occurs first),. Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to Hennessy if more than 50-miles from the dealership. Hennessy will not accept vehicles that have been damaged or modified from the condition they were delivered in.
